Our last tent made it for 10 years, but is really showing it's age. This is the Coleman Evanston Screened 8. 12'x12' main tent and 3'x12' screened area. Looks easy to set up and the family will benefit from the extra space. Modern tents are a great value considering the stitching and materials that goes into them. As soon as the snow's gone, we're ready.

Wow that looks great. I imagine sitting in the front porch area with an ice tea overlooking Chips lake.
Nice tent!! Don't pitch it in tall grass. You won't be able to find it.
