THE BLIZZARD WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST SUNDAY.

* TIMING... LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL DIMINISH THIS EVENING... BUT SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CREATE NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS.

* MAIN IMPACT... 9 TO 18 INCHES OF SNOW... SIGNIFICANT BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.

* OTHER IMPACTS... BLIZZARD CONDITIONS... ESPECIALLY IN OPEN COUNTRY. WIND CHILLS WILL PLUMMET TO AROUND 30 BELOW ZERO OVERNIGHT. WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL RESULT IN VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES.
